As a software and systems engineering service provider, ITQ GmbH aims to give young girls the opportunity to gain fascinating insights into the world of engineering.<\/p>\n<p>Following a brief introduction to ITQ GmbH and its areas of activity, participants will gain their first impressions of the engineers\u2019 working environment during an interactive tour of the offices. In Garching, various training projects will also be presented, including the robot-controlled\u00a0<strong>Ice cream maker\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.itq.de\/innovationen\/demonstratoren\/#hightech__fwip-ice-demonstrator\">Fwip Ice Demonstrator\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>and the accurate dartboard \u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.itq.de\/innovationen\/demonstratoren\/#hightech__mi5-dartboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mi5 Dartboard<\/a><\/strong>. In Duisburg, the schoolgirls have the opportunity to see a 3D printer in action.<\/p>\n<p>This is followed by a practical session in which participants, with the support of experienced technical coaches, gain their first experience of programming small LEGO Mindstorms robots.
