AI-based robotic applications for easy scalability and optimised capacity utilisation
The research project KIRO (AI-based Ro(robotic applications) is dedicated to simplifying the implementation of robotic applications. By reducing the level of specialist knowledge required, as well as the workload and time involved, the project aims to enable companies to quickly and easily deploy and scale a wide range of robotic applications cost-effectively in high-variety production environments in the future. ITQ GmbH is responsible for designing the development framework for robotic applications and for ensuring a structured approach from a mechatronic perspective.
KIRO is a research project focused on the AI-based development of robotic applications, with the aim of significantly simplifying their creation and deployment.
It reduces the need for specialist knowledge, as well as the time and effort required to develop robotic solutions for production.
Companies can develop robotic applications more quickly, deploy them more flexibly and scale them more cost-effectively – even in production environments with a wide variety of product variants.
ITQ GmbH is responsible for designing a development framework and ensures a structured approach from a mechatronics perspective.
