Automation can go some way towards alleviating the shortage of skilled workers in production. Nevertheless, the industry is promoting itself at the SPS Trade Fair to nurture young talent – and with good reason. In a digital future, we need young people who are enthusiastic about technology and want to shape their own futures. The ITQ GmbH invited students, along with sponsors, to this year’s SPS 2024 and organised a Makeathon, to encourage young Inspiring people to take an interest in technology.
